The modern medicine is difficult to imagine without laboratory diagnostics. However, the long-standing pandemic of a new coronavirus infection has significantly influenced on the activities of laboratories at all levels. The standards of CDL work were changed, safety requirements were strengthened, new rules for collecting biomaterial and working with it were appeared. The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation regularly receives new orders, the main task is to support effective and safe work of employees of clinical laboratories. The orders relate not only to the use of PPE, antiseptic and disinfection agents, but also the global re-organization of the activities of laboratory units.
All of these require attention and discussion. That is why the III National Congress of Labrin was decided to hold with a focus on COVID-19 and related changes in the activities of laboratory services. The event will be held over three days, from March 31 to April 2, 2021.
We are planning a combined format of the meeting. The offline part will be held on the basis of the National Medical Research Center of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology named after Academician V. I. Kulakov of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in compliance with all rules of infectious safety. A limited number of participants will be able to attend it.
